It’s Sunday the end of the weekend but don’t let the fun stop now. Keep moving and be active today. It’s a beautiful day for a walk,hike, or run in the snow. You can join SUPERB Health for an outdoors adventure today from 12pm until 2:30p. Meeting at the SUPERB health studio. Hope to see you there. If you can’t make it, make a goal for yourself to get outside and do something active for atleast 30minutes, and always stay SUPERB!!!
